Shop The Look: Saks Fashion Show
Shop the Look is a Fall 2026 fashion presentation held at Saks Fifth Avenue Dadeland on October 6, benefiting Holtz Children’s Hospital through the Jackson Health Foundation’s Guardian Angels. Narrated by Eva Hughes, EVP & Advisory Board Chair at Istituto Marangoni Miami, the event showcased seasonal trends in preparation for the 27th Annual Guardian Angels Luncheon and Fashion Show. Guests could discover and shop the featured looks, with a portion of event sales supporting the Holtz Children’s Hospital.
The styling concept, “The Modern Social Wardrobe,” explored a progression from polished everyday luxury to confident evening glamour. Elongated tailoring and statement outerwear established the opening direction, while suede, velvet, aubergine tones, autumn florals, animal prints, and lace introduced richness and contrast.

The final looks emphasized embellishment, shine, and dramatic silhouettes. The styling balanced seasonal expression with wearability and commercial appeal, reflecting the Saks client’s wardrobe for luncheons, social events, and evening occasions.
With Eva’s guidance and collaboration, I styled 20 looks across four models, selecting clothing with the Saks team and completing each outfit with footwear, bags, and jewelry. My work included trend research, concept development, and look sequencing, using color, texture, and silhouette to create continuity across the presentation.
I also designed a comprehensive styling guide that brought the creative direction and wardrobe logistics into one visual reference. It documented model sizes, outfit assignments, accessory allocations, model rotations, and five backup looks. During the event, I coordinated the looks and managed styling details backstage, working with the dressers from Istituto Marangoni Miami to ensure each outfit was presented as planned.
